Graduate Engineer Trainee

Position Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Coperion. The graduate engineering trainee should have good communication skills and should have the ability to carry out or execute work plans as he/she has to work in close co-ordination with the reporting head. Once he/she carefully performs the tasks that have been assigned, regular reporting to the head should be done in proper systematic manner. The trainee shall be on apprenticeship/training for the first 12 months and based on performance and manager feedback, the position shall be confirmed after the training period.

Work You’ll Do:

• Graduate engineer trainees work for the engineering profession and initially assist the engineers.
• Graduate engineer trainees assist the seniors in engineering process and project execution.
• Data sheets, process engineering, project reports, procurement updates, dispatch planning and running project calculations are important part of Projects. They need to learn and then perform in each area promptly and with excellence.
• Graduate engineer trainees are also required to travel to production sites and customer sites
  
  

Team:

This role will be part of the Project and Design Engineering Team.

Basic Qualifications:

B.E. – Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed technical studies or educated technician.

Knowledge in mechanical/chemical engineering and basic knowledge of process technology.

Experience in order handling within the plant engineering industry, especially for the processing industry helpful.

Good English skills in writing and reading.

Technical and economical minded.

Solution-oriented.

Flexible.

Communicative.

Team Player.
