Manager – Strategy (TMT)

As part of our EY-Parthenon team, you will help TMT clients shape their future by developing forward-looking growth and transformation strategies. Leveraging EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks, you will guide clients on where to play, and how to win. This includes crafting market entry strategies, drawing out roadmap for transformation.

The opportunity

Join EY-Parthenon’s dynamic Strategy team as a Manager, where you’ll lead transformative engagements that shape the future of global TMT clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, identifying ways to unlock growth, optimize operations, and create long-term value across the TMT Clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements focused on transformation, innovation, and value creation across the TMT sector.
• Apply EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks to identify growth opportunities, and design transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business-driven opportunities into roadmap of initiatives
• Guide cross-functional teams (6-8 professionals) in delivering high-impact strategy projects.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, operating models, and investment plans.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals, and deliver on exceptional client service
• Drive business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership
• Support firm-building initiatives such as hiring, mentoring, and capability development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8–12 years of experience, preferably in TMT consulting with a focus on transformation, digital, roadmap implementation and value creation
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• MBA or Master’s from a Tier 1 B-School
• Prior experience with Big Four or leading consulting/technology firms; candidates with strong TMT consulting backgrounds are preferred

• Strategy roadmap design skills and experience in TMT client-facing roles
• Experience in project management and strategy
