Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and communicate with clients in the IT and software development industry.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines and visuals, to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Proactively contribute to lead generation efforts and collaborate with the sales team to nurture SQL.
• Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for improved results.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant email marketing regulations.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing role, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
• Proven track record of generating SQL through effective email marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 250 to 400 email IDs, specifically in domains like staffing,fintech, healthcare, etc.
• Comfortable working in a target-based role, focusing on lead generation for US clients.
