What Our Enterprise IT Engineer Will Do

• Serve as a primary technical contact for environment access, workstation setup, and internal tool support for R&D teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex hardware, software, and networking issues independently.
• Own and resolve support tickets end-to-end, including performing root cause analysis and documenting long-term solutions.
• Provision, audit, and maintain user access to systems including Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and internal platforms.
• Configure and manage development and lab workstations, including imaging, software deployment, and environment setup.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including scripting and automation for access provisioning.
• Provisioning and managing user access to internally developed products
• Collaborate directly with engineering, DevOps, and CloudOps teams on recurring or unresolved issues.
• Create, maintain, and improve internal knowledge base articles, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to support workflows, tools, or automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide mentorship or guidance to junior team members, helping build support team capabilities.
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
