Role & Responsibilities

• Provide detailed counseling to students and parents regarding education loan options.
• Assist clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Address queries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated knowledge of loan policies, interest rates, and financial schemes relevant to education loans.
• Document interactions and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly counseling targets.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi or English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or financial counseling
• Basic understanding of loan products and financial terminologies
• Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad
• Preferred
• Experience in educational or student loan counseling
