About The Role

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Pune, Maharashtra (open to either location)

Work Model: Hybrid (On-site presence required)

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work closely with authors, referees, and our in-house editors throughout the publication process.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Be an active member of a global editorial team, collaborate with other editorial colleagues to support journal publication
  • Provide administrative support for in-house editors throughout the whole publication process, from manuscript submission until final publication
  • Communicate with international editors, authors, and reviewers to support and guide them through the publication process
  • Track submissions through the editorial process
  • Prepare manuscripts for peer reviewing and checking their completeness and correctness according to specified, formal, and technical guidelines
  • Ideally, being familiar with manuscript submission/peer review systems

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and related software, and a willingness to learn new software programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Talent to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience working in publishing would be an advantage.
