About this opportunity:

Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Domain Support Specialist who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities, including diagnosis, rapid domain support, routine resource fulfillment, on-site technical support, in addition to organizing, managing, and conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

24x7 incident support (night shifts throughout the year)

Troubleshooting, defect testing, and deployment in LAB & Production

Monitoring, reporting, and health checks

Collaboration with T3, Project & Development teams

Handling customer requirements and network changes

Technical Skills Required:

VAS domain knowledge

Devops,SOAP/REST, CI/CD, Docker,

Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, SQL is a mandatory.

Tools: JIRA, Splunk, AppD, JMeter, SQLDeveloper

Strong troubleshooting (Wireshark, heap dumps), communication, and self-motivation
