We are the Customer Services (CS) team, supporting customers in areas like technical support, account management, operations, maintenance, network design, deployment, integration, and training. Our goal is to improve customer satisfaction and generate revenue by helping customers plan, design, build, integrate, optimize, run, and maintain their systems.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Domain Architect to support one of our key customer projects. In this role, you will help design cloud infrastructure solutions that meet specific needs. You’ll be part of a team that defines how different products and services work together as a complete solution.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Apply solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solutions integrity over time.
  • Specify and design effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective, Develop the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Develop customer specific architecture in dedicated area of competence.
  • Identify the BGs involved and coordinate cross-BG activities for initial phase of solution development.
  • Capture and manage the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices.
  • Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Develop the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Research, design, plan, develop and evaluate an effective solution in specialized domains to meet customers requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is required; master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and solution design.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and architecting solutions.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, or CloudFormation is an advantage.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation technologies is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, business, and project financials, including contractual terms and conditions.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, especially in areas like Private Wireless Networks, Industry 4.0, and related innovations.
