Director - Operations

This role is responsible for leading the Data Science and AI function with a strong focus on business outcomes, portfolio ownership, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. The role will shape and drive the organization's analytics and AI agenda, ensuring that investments in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI translate into measurable business value.

The role emphasizes adherence to GDPR, RUAI, Enterprise and Regional data policies, mentoring team members, and leading technical design discussions to foster high-performing analytics capabilities. Working with stakeholders to finalize and deliver desired outcome. This position collaborates with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions using modern methodologies and techniques.
