Opportunity

As a Digital Campaign Executive, you will:

• Work closely with marketing colleagues to deploy digital marketing campaigns, primarily through email marketing channels, to support campaign goals and business objectives.
• Build, proofread, quality-check, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Ensure all campaign assets meet quality standards, best practices, and agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with campaign owners to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research and segment target audiences to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant lecturers and academic contacts.
• Support the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and contribute to the demand generation pipeline.
• Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and provide execution support across multiple concurrent projects.

About You

Essential Criteria

• 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or a related field.
• Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of publishing, education, or digital marketing industries.
• Experience with marketing automation, email service providers (ESP), or CRM platforms.
• Basic HTML skills.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign performance metrics.
