Job Title: DTP Operator (Desktop Publishing Operator)

Location: Noida

Shift: Night (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative DTP Operator to design, format, and prepare documents for print and digital publishing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of desktop publishing software and the ability to maintain high accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create and format documents, presentations, brochures, reports, manuals, and marketing materials.Design layouts and ensure proper alignment, spacing, fonts, and formatting.Edit images, graphics, and text as per project requirements.Convert files into print-ready and digital formats.Coordinate with content writers, designers, and printing vendors when required.Ensure accuracy in typography, grammar, and overall document quality.Handle multilingual typing and formatting, if required.Maintain proper file management and version control.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.Good typing speed and formatting skills.Knowledge of print production and publishing standards.Attention to detail and time management skills.Basic understanding of graphic design principles.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in DTP, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, or related field.Relevant work experience preferred.

Experience

10+ years of experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
