Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and operational activities across assigned areas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Understand customer requirements and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
• Assist with planning and executing new processes, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required.
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively work towards practical solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Analyse basic operational or business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve products, processes, and customer journeys.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through to completion.
