Morphogenesis is looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to support the firms digital communications and content initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a strong writer, creative storyteller, and social media enthusiast with an interest in architecture, design, sustainability, and the built environment.

The role will involve creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and helping amplify Morphogenesis projects, people, and ideas across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, website updates, and other communication channels.
  
• Write social media captions, articles, blogs, project descriptions, founder profiles, interview responses, and thought leadership content.
  
• Assist in developing content calendars aligned with key business priorities and communication objectives.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information, updates, visuals, and insights.
  
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  

Social Media Management

• Manage and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  
• Create and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
  
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
  
• Track industry trends and recommend content opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
  
• Support coverage of events, awards, project launches, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  
• Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  

Research & Communications Support

• Monitor trends across architecture, design, sustainability, urbanism, and the built environment.
  
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership and content amplification.
  
• Support communication initiatives, campaigns, and special projects as required.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and social media best practices.
  
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  
• Basic video editing skills are preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
