Content Analyst

We are looking for an Content Analyst to join our team in Chennai. This is an amazing opportunity to work on knowledge articles for migration. We have a great skill set in reviewing, transferring, and categorizing of knowledge articles and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in analyzing data and accurately curating the information.

About You

• A Bachelors degree graduate in any relevant field of study.
• Must have 3 years of experience in using digital tools, systems, and software with Salesforce CRM background.
• Must have the ability to understand content relationships and dependencies between knowledge articles.
• Highly proficient in English, especially in reading and writing skills.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Review and evaluate hundreds of knowledge articles for migration.
• Manually transfer content to the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Apply appropriate tags to each article, including relevant products, product areas, and other key identifiers.
• Ensure that all internal references between articles remain accurate and functional after migration.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent standards and quality throughout the transfer process.
• Provide feedback on article clarity and suggest improvements based on your understanding of the content
  
  

About The Team

The team focuses on reviewing and transferring knowledge articles from a legacy platform to a new system. The team works with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, proper tagging, and preservation of internal references during migration. Analysts also collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards and contribute to future content management initiatives.

Hours of Work

9:00 AM IST to 06:00 PM IST (including an hour’s break)
