Responsibilities

• Execute the hands-on porting of business logic from legacy C++ Linux codebases into modern microservices.
• Build and optimize microservices to ensure sub-millisecond response times for high-volume transactions.
• Wrap low-level C++ engines in high-performance REST interfaces using frameworks like Oat++, Pistache, or gRPC.
• Develop "self-healing" features within the application to reduce manual intervention and decrease the customer’s cost of ownership.
• Own the integration of automated testing and container-level upgrade paths to support rapid "speed-to-market" for new features.
  
  

• 6+ years of deep C++ development in a Linux environment.
• Hands-on experience containerizing C++ applications (Docker).
• Strong understanding of Linux system calls, memory management, and performance tuning.
