About Role

As a Business Head you will drive Ripiks industrial SaaS growth in India by leading sales strategies, key accounts, and a high-performing team targeting manufacturing/enterprise clients.

You will also collaborate closely with other functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, product, and customer support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit/exceed revenue targets (YoY growth), including forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing.
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Directors: mentor and monitor performance against KPIs like win rates and deal velocity.
  • Manage end-to-end key accounts in manufacturing/industrial sectors; hunt new opportunities, farm expansions, and build partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends/competitors; collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support for lead gen, feedback loops, and customer success.
  • Report metrics to execs (monthly/quarterly); optimize CRM/tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ops efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years managing industrial/manufacturing accounts selling B2B SaaS software; proven revenue growth in large enterprises.
  • Experience leading Enterprise Director teams
  • Expertise in hunting, farming, partnerships with clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong exposure in India Market insight (regulations, regional expansion)
  • Tools like CRM/ HubSpot proficiency
