Responsibilities

  • The ability and desire to sell.
  • Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
  • Prospect, identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Ability to manage the team and get the expected results by guiding and motivating them.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • The skills to work both independently and with a team.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Good email writing skills.
  • Convincing and influencing ability.
