Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements and conducting business analysis to drive strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project plans by providing input on timelines resources and risks.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning and process improvement methodologies.
  • Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Show experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Be adept at developing business models and strategic plans to drive project success.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in business analysis practices.
