We are currently seeking a Bus. Systems Analysis Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: M365 Governance and Resilience Analyst

Location: Remote

Reports To: Senior Manager, Program Delivery

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Programmer Analyst with expertise in Microsoft 365 compliance tools, and security governance. This role will lead service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across IT platforms, with a strong focus on data sensitivity, retention, and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary

The Systems Programming Analyst contributes to the evaluation, design, development, testing, operational maintenance, protection, and support of UPS technology assets through Information Services (I.S.) environment life cycle, specifically as it pertains to M365. They contribute to the evaluation, design, testing, reporting, implementation, maintenance, performance, capacity tuning, and support of M365 productivity and collaboration products, including but not limited to data sensitivity and data retention. This position assists with the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of backup and recovery solutions utilizing Rubrik. The Systems Programming Analyst also supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of I.S. security models for UPSs I.S. environments. They execute processes to improve the reliability, efficiency, and availability of the M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees ServiceNow processes including incident, request, and problem management.
• Develop and contribute to reporting and dashboard development using Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and related tools.
• Support governance and compliance efforts across M365, including data classification and retention.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance teams to address policy changes and service requests.
• Maintain and optimize security configurations and access controls across M365 services.
• Contribute to quarterly reviews of ITSM performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with training updates and documentation related to compliance and end-user support.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT program or service management.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Purview, compliance center, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data governance, security policies, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
