Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Associate / Associate to join the Operations & Trade Finance team. This is a front-office role requiring strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a willingness to learn. The selected candidate will support operational activities and trade finance processes while ensuring efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and trade finance activities.
• Process and maintain trade-related documentation and records.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Monitor and support operational workflows and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate data records.
• Provide timely responses to customer and stakeholder queries.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Operations, Trade Finance, Banking, or related functions.
• Strong learning attitude with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional personality and presentation suitable for a front-office role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Recent photograph to be provided along with the CV.
