AI Skills
All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
This Includes, But Is Not Limited To
Consistent Use
Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
Applied Productivity
Leverage AI tools to enhance troubleshooting, incident analysis, root cause investigation, documentation, operational reporting, automation, knowledge management, and decision-making workflows.
Continuous Learning
Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve service quality, operational efficiency, incident resolution velocity, and overall support effectiveness.
Primary Responsibility
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, healthcare platforms, or large-scale production environments
3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or IT Operations
Experience working with healthcare claims, provider, member, enrollment, clinical, pharmacy, or revenue cycle systems
Experience supporting production operations, incident management, service reliability, regulatory compliance, and healthcare analytics initiatives
Experience collaborating with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless application support and operational excellence
Experience supporting enterprise applications, APIs, batch processes, and data-driven systems
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, or similar platforms
Experience with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
Experience analyzing logs, debugging application issues, and performing root cause analysis
Solid understanding of healthcare business processes and data domains, including claims adjudication, payment integrity, provider management, member management, and quality reporting
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) for troubleshooting and data analysis
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and cloud-based application support processes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile development methodologies
Proven solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely resolution of production incidents while meeting SLA commitments
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in Azure, ITIL, Cloud Technologies, or Application Support disciplines
Experience supporting healthcare applications, platforms, or enterprise systems
Experience supporting APIs, microservices, and distributed systems architectures
Experience automating support activities using scripting or AI-assisted tools
Exposure to DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Support practices
Knowledge of data integration technologies, ETL processes, Kafka, Databricks, or cloud-native services
Familiarity with application performance tuning, infrastructure monitoring, and capacity planning
Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
