About The Role

This isn't just a marketing role, it's a business growth role.

We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Someone who naturally dives deep into understanding customers, asks "why," and enjoys finding better ways to grow a business.

You'll work across digital marketing, customer growth, retention, brand initiatives, BTL activities, partnerships, business analytics, and new growth opportunities. Most importantly, you'll take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and help turn them into reality.

What You'll Do

• Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer behavior, business trends, and market insights.
• Work on customer acquisition, retention, brand initiatives, and business growth projects.
• Analyze data, customer journeys, funnels, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives across both Paid and offline channels.
• Explore new BTL activities, referral programs, and innovative growth ideas.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and measure business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Leadership teams to solve business challenges.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and continuously improve outcomes.

• Graduate. MBA preferred.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Growth, Consulting, Product, or related fields.
