Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Product with strong stock market knowledge and team management skills. The candidate will drive B2C sales, manage trading/De-mat account processes, and ensure excellent customer experience while using data-driven insights to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Guide clients on stock market trends, trading strategies, and De-mat account processes.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective B2C sales strategies.
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools to track performance, prepare MIS reports, and improve processes.
Analyze sales and market data to support business decisions.

Key Requirements

3–6 years of experience in stock broking / financial services.
Strong knowledge of trading & De-mat accounts.
Experience in team handling and B2C sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/Freshworks).
Good communication and analytical skills.
Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Business (MBA preferred).
