- Ensure operational readiness for process activities within the Field Services organization.

- Monitor and provide quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety.

- Oversee alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services.

- Report on the operational performance and adopt measures to enhance the service.

- Manage transitions and transformations during organizational changes.
