Job Description

The Assistant Manager will lead the voice inbound and outbound processes for complaint management and debt collection within the International Growth Markets Utilities and Key Accounts segment. This role requires strong client interaction, people leadership, and deep understanding of utility processes to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Minimum 2 years of experience in voice operations, preferably in complaint handling or debt collection.

Demonstrated client management and stakeholder handling abilities.

People management experience with a focus on coaching and development.

Strong knowledge of utility industry processes and regulations.

Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
