Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the legal department in the company. The role involve handling legal documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and managing legal processes related to Subpoena (Triaging, creating PDFs, Document review).
Provides administrative support to legal professionals by managing documents, scheduling, and coordinating legal activities.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Legal teams and agreed SLAs and TAT
Attend calls with External and internal stakeholders to ensure streamlined process
MBR, QBR and Yearly reviews with Client and other Stakeholders
Receive and analyze incoming legal service requests.
Classify matters by type, urgency, and complexity
Assign cases to appropriate legal teams or escalate as necessary.
Monitor case intake queues and ensure timely processing.
Maintain records of triaged matters in a case management system.
Communicate with internal clients or stakeholders to clarify requests.
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and legal procedures.
e-discovery document review for responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality and redactions.
