We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Agency Sales professional with 2–9 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to the Life Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing an agency distribution network, driving business growth, recruiting and supporting insurance advisors, and achieving sales targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned business and revenue targets through the agency channel.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents to build a strong and productive agency network.
• Generate new business opportunities through agent relationships, referrals, networking, and market outreach.
• Drive sales of Life Insurance products by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and suitability to customers.
• Train, mentor, and motivate agents to improve their product knowledge, selling capabilities, and overall productivity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor individual and team performance against business targets and implement appropriate action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular field visits, agent meetings, customer interactions, and sales reviews.
• Support agents in lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, and conversion of prospects into policyholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, applications, renewals, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent performance, customer interactions, and business pipelines.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expanding the agency business.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Agency Sales: Strong experience in managing, developing, and growing an agency sales channel, including agent recruitment, activation, relationship management, and target achievement.

Life Insurance: Good understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, customer needs, policy lifecycle, and insurance distribution practices.

Insurance Sales: Experience in broader insurance sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, lead conversion, and achieving individual or team sales targets will be an advantage.

• 2–9 years of relevant experience in Agency Sales, Life Insurance, or Insurance Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business through an agency/agent network.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, train, and manage insurance advisors effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with strong sales orientation and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-oriented environment.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel locally for agent meetings, customer interactions, and business development activities.
