Advanced Associate Digital Assessment Analyst

About the Role

Pearson is seeking a Digital Assessment Analyst to support the development, validation, and delivery of computer-based exams used globally.

This role focuses on building, reviewing, and quality-checking digital exam content , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience for candidates.

You will work with structured data, internal systems, and testing tools to create and validate exams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and configure computer-based exams using internal tools and structured data (XML/HTML)



• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure exams meet technical and content specifications



• Validate exam functionality and identify issues before release



• Track and manage assigned work from build through final delivery



• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met



• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery



• Maintain accurate documentation of changes, updates, and discrepancies



• Use reporting tools, Excel, and internal systems to manage and validate large data sets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data and systems



• Experience in quality assurance, testing, operations, or digital content environments



• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting



• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills



• Comfortable working with tools, systems, and data validation processes



• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)



• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with XML, HTML, or similar structured data formats



• Exposure to QA methodologies, validation, or testing processes

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in operations, QA, testing, or digital content environments



• Experience working on detail-oriented projects with clear quality expectations

Working Arrangements

• Full-time, onsite role in Noida
