We are seeking a motivated and Organised Admin Assistant Intern to join our team for a period of 3 months. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in administrative tasks within a dynamic music education environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative tasks and office management.

Manage and organise student records and documentation.

Coordinate with teachers and office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students and parents.

Assist in scheduling classes and maintaining the timetable.

Support in organising events, workshops, and competitions.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
