Account Manager -Packaged Gas North

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).Main Accountabilities

• Monitor quotations, tender and order processing to support the Sales team.
• Assist the Sales team in the management of pricing and product code matters.
• Create and maintain regular sales analysis and reporting, including PowerBI dashboards, as defined by the Head of IM Commercial. Assist sales team with formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
• Handles customer enquiries in a timely and proper manner.
• Calls existing and potential customers for sales opportunities.

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing good support
• May assist with order processing, product troubleshooting, and general customer assistance
• Focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner

• College diploma in Business, Office administration or medical background preferred.
