What You'll Do

✅ Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

✅ Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

✅ Manage hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud, and technical roles.

✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.

✅ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

✅ Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring performance.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

✔️ Strong expertise in hiring for Sales and Technology roles.

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment.

✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and professional networking sites.
