About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripik’s products. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between Customer and Ripik’s Technical Team ( Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments
• Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
• Spend the day around Planning , Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers team
• Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team
  
  

• B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM A/ B/ C/ L
• 5 plus years of work experience in Top Tier Consulting
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
