✨ What This Role Offers

As a Senior Manager – TPRM, you’ll play a mission-critical role in:

• Driving strategic oversight of TPRM operations across the U.S. & Asia
• Strengthening governance, compliance, and supplier-risk frameworks
• Leading a high-impact team and delivering operational excellence
• Influencing global stakeholders and enabling enterprise-wide adoption of key process enhancements
• Steering escalations, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

A forward-thinking professional with:

• 10+ years of procurement experience (12 years overall)
• Strong supplier management, negotiation & stakeholder‑engagement expertise
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and operational planning
• Advanced MS Office skills; Ariba exposure is an advantage
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
