Role Overview

Your Role: Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the consulting sales team, account managers, and leadership to optimize sales processes, analyze performance data, and support seamless internal operations.

This is a backend sales operations role focused on CRM management, analytics, coordination, and reporting. It is not a target-driven role, does and is primarily operational and analytical.

You will contribute by driving operational efficiency, structured workflows, and actionable insights that support Tsaaro’s growth in the privacy and security consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, manage, and optimize CRM system data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective sales workflow support.
  • Develop and deliver analytics dashboards and management reports to track pipeline health, sales performance, forecasts, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze sales, customer, and pipeline data to provide actionable insights that drive healthy sales performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal sales activities including lead assignment, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, summaries, and assist in client calls or meetings for operational support and assist in sales forecasting, quota tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for sales processes, systems, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with account managers, consultants, and sales leaders to improve customer handling and engagement.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, quota tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Uphold a high standard of data hygiene, reporting discipline, and documentation across all sales operations activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar) for sales operations and data management.
  • Working knowledge of B2B sales processes and account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and performance metrics.
  • Good customer handling and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Prospecting skills including research, list building, and outreach coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, document processes, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Additional / Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to sales analytics or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience improving process documentation, SOPs, or templates.
  • Knowledge of sales workflow automation or project management tools.
  • Interest or exposure to privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance consulting is a plus.
