We make electric vehicles primarily 2W and 3W smart and connected using our IoT-enabled data analytics, which helps EV players in making key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of PCBA to identify issues at the component level.
• Utilise Voltmeters, Clamp meters, Multi-meters, and other Diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot electrical components.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine the source of product issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methods
• Analyse data and feedback from customers to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Track complaint status and ensure timely closure with documented evidence.
• Analyse customer rejection trends, DPPM, and field returns to drive improvement actions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or Power Electronics.
• 3-5 years of experience in the EMS industry, Automotive or EV industry.
• Strong grasp of basic Electrical and Electronics concepts.
• Basic knowledge of embedded hardware and ability to understand schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Basic Knowledge of Quality tools and 8D Methodology
  
  

• Experience with BMS, smart chargers, VIM, etc.
• Familiarity with quality standards specific to the EMS, Automotive or EV industry.
