We are looking for a results-driven Product Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our software projects. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will be responsible for defining the "What" (Product Requirements & Backlog) and managing the "When" (Schedules, Sprints, & Releases). Your goal is to ensure we build the right solutions and deliver them on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Backlog Ownership: Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog (Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria) to ensure the development team always has high-value work ready.
Roadmap Alignment: Ensure the development focus aligns with the broader product vision and business goals.
User Acceptance: Validate completed features against requirements before handing them over to clients or pushing to production.
Sprint Execution: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to maintain team velocity and focus.
Timeline & Resource Management: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and ensure releases meet the agreed-upon deadlines.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and risks; develop mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide transparent, regular status updates to senior management and clients regarding progress, budget, and potential issues.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years managing software projects or products.
Agile Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC.
Documentation Skills: Proficiency in writing clear, detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and User Stories.
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate scope with clients and explain business logic to developers.
Problem Solving: A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to resolve conflicts within the team.
