We are looking for a Data-Driven Marketing & Process Improvement Specialist with a unique blend of marketing, statistics, and data analytics expertise. This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex data into actionable insights, tell compelling stories through numbers, and recommend process improvements that drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Do
Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in marketing, finance, and operational performance.
Translate complex analytical results into clear, engaging narratives for stakeholders.
Recommend and drive process improvement initiatives based on data insights.
Build and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and dashboards to management.
Collaborate across teams to integrate analytical findings into marketing strategies.
Apply statistical models and marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Stay updated on emerging analytics tools, market trends, and process optimization practices.
You Will Bring
Education: MBA in Finance & Marketing or related qualification.
Experience: Min Exp required 5-6 Yrs with proven background in marketing, statistics, and data analytics.
Outstanding storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, insight-driven presentations.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to interpret data, derive inferences, and establish meaningful correlations.
Experience with statistical analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
