Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to join our team for the D2C business unit and assist in the smooth execution of daily operational tasks. This role will provide hands-on experience in logistics, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Management: Coordinate daily route optimisation, track vehicle movements, and ensure timely pickups.
  • MIS Creation & Analysis: Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyze operational data, and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventories, assist in inventory audits, and coordinate with warehouse teams for replenishments.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Assist in order management, ensuring accurate and timely pickups of the orders from customers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners and suppliers to optimize operations and resolve any bottlenecks.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of logistics, inventory, and operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
  • Pursuing Masters in supply chain, Operations, analytics or relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or internship in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.
