Manager

The HR Business Partner Manager will lead a cross‑functional team to design, implement, and optimize data‑driven HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable insights using Power BI dashboards, analytics, and advanced Excel macros, ensuring a progressive, employee‑centric HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI and HR dashboards to monitor key talent metrics.
• Design and automate HR processes with Excel/VBA macros and scripting tools.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, performance, off‑boarding).
• Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and employee experience.
• Provide data‑backed recommendations for talent acquisition and retention.
• Lead a team of HR analysts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Manage stakeholder communications and present insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven expertise in building Power BI dashboards and HR analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools for HR insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macro/VBA development.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Leadership experience managing a team of HR analysts or partners.
