• Graduate from a reputed university with 6 to 8 + years of total work experience 
• Understanding and working experience of Vendor Risk Compliance process 
• Understanding of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers
• Data analytical skills
• Proficient in working on Excel and data representation skills
• Proficient in creating and updating dashboards
• Proficient in communication, negotiation and constructive resolution of conflicts
• Good networking capability and client-facing skills
• Experience in working on contracts related projects
• Identifying, categorizing, abstracting and presenting key information in the specified  format
• Reviewing different agreements for adherence to defined client position, standardizing agreements & mapping deviations
• Administration of contract databases/repositories using contract management software or client-provided tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
