Exp 3-7 yrsKey Responsibilities:Develop, refine, and implement advanced generative AI models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy generative AI solutions that address business challenges.Fine-tune and build large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI models.Lead the integration of generative AI into business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation.Conduct research to stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning.Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.Develop white papers, blogs, and presentations to share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with clients. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on generative AI and large language models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
