Relationship Manager -Unsecured Business Loans-D2C Nizamabad

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) through field sales activities in assigned territory.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals from existing customers and other networks.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
• Ensure end-to-end customer onboarding – from lead generation, documentation, and login to sanction and disbursal.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Credit, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth processing and turnaround.
• Maintain regular customer interaction and ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship retention.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for disbursals and other business metrics.
