About The Role
We're hiring a YouTube Growth Strategist who has grown their own channel from scratch to architect viral content and drive massive audience retention across our network.
What You'll Do
- Apply your proven zero-to-one growth playbook to successfully scale our YouTube channels
- Architect curiosity-driven storylines and high-retention scripts to maximize watch time
- Direct the creation of high-CTR titles and thumbnails to dominate the Browse algorithm
- Analyze deep-dive metrics in YouTube Studio to continuously optimize video performance
- Capitalize on real-time internet trends to pivot strategies and capture viral traffic
- Proven success building and growing your own YouTube channel entirely from scratch
- Mastery of the YouTube algorithm, audience psychology, and retention-driven strategies
- Strong storytelling instincts and expertise in leveraging the curiosity gap for clicks
- Deep passion for digital culture, creator trends, and reverse-engineering viral success
- Data-fluent, highly strategic, and capable of turning analytical insights into creative action
