Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional looking for a role that allows you to work from anywhere? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and managing our company’s social media accounts. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype or Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. If you have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, we’d like to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and ensure timely communication.
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Handle administrative projects and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Maintain and update company databases and customer records accurately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decision-making processes.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining company’s social media accounts daily.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to differing departments as required by leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information and data.
  • Support financial activities by performing data entry and invoice processing tasks.
  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks and progress on ongoing assignments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A strong working knowledge of office productivity software suites.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud services.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator a plus.
