We are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor (16F25) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Review raw footage to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to optimize post-production process.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices.
• Develop storyboards for planned video content to optimize audience engagement.
• Collaborate with writers and producer teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage video library and cataloging of all video content produced.
• Ensure video consistency across different platforms respecting branding guidelines.
• Adjust the color grading and audio levels to enhance video quality.
• Conduct final reviews and make necessary revisions based on feedback for quality improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes and audio sync management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
