Salary: Up to ₹6–8 LPA (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) with experience in selling SaaS products to US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate B2B leads in the US market through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Pitch SaaS products/services to decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Managers)
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams for lead conversion strategies
  • Maintain CRM and track sales performance metrics
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (US/International market preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with neutral/US accent
  • Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription sales
  • Prior experience in international sales or IT services
