UI/UX Designer 16D25

We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and stunning user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both UX design and front-end development, capable of creating intuitive interfaces for our digital products that match the end-user’s needs and expectations. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions. Your role will involve varying degrees of prototyping, visual design, and testing. An eye for clean design combined with excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to see the big picture will ensure the success of our digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces and increased engagement.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve interfaces.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Work closely with developers to oversee the smooth implementation of UI designs.
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
• Support the continuous improvement of the UI/UX design process and methodology.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, and prototyping for digital interfaces.
• Explore new techniques, tools, and insights to continuously improve the design process.
• Develop prototypes to facilitate collaboration and user testing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio and visual skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience in responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic front-end languages HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the rationale for design decisions.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment on multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital products.
