The Telesales Executive is a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients over the phone.
  • Achieve and exceed specified sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective follow-up with leads and customer inquiries.
  • Participate in regular sales training to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
  • Address customer concerns and objections to secure sales and maintain goodwill.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients.
  • Strong ability to learn about products and effectively describe them to prospects.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving outstanding sales results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • High school diploma; a degree in sales, business, or related field is a plus.
