We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our energetic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers daily.

  • Meet and exceed designated sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Present and promote the company’s products or services in a persuasive manner.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve wider sales and marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively address customer needs.
  • Utilize feedback to continuously improve personal sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Strong persuasion skills to influence customer purchasing decisions effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and open to continuous learning.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree is a plus.
