Job Description

A Telesales Executive plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling products or services over the phone. As a representative of the company, you will aim to achieve sales targets and foster good customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing telesales scripts and documentation to standardize communication.
  • Stay informed about product changes, competitive activities, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role with quantifiable success.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive approach.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, along with basic computer and data entry skills.
  • High school diploma is required; an undergraduate degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
